Lahore Under Attacks!!! RAW Striking Again and Again!

Today, of course is a miserable and terrible day for the citizens of Pakistan and especially for the vigorous people of Lahore. Today four suicidal bombers have traumatized the peace of the city. All my sympathies and wishes are with the people who suffer death in the blasts.

There are several foreign agencies involved trying to destabilize Pakistan which are directly responsible and/or carrying out the terrorism activities like suicide bomb blasting and target killing in Pakistan. No doubt! These foreign agencies are very well trained, organized and have powerful resources to run terror campaign in the Pakistan. These agencies (specifically, Research and Analysis Wing) are not only funding but also providing training to the people to carry out suicidal bomb blasting in Pakistan.

INSHALLAH! They won’t be able to achieve their objectives against a courageous, peaceful and brave nation. PEACE!!!

Types of Heating Pads for Instant Pain Relief

The heating pads are used for heating the any part of the body in order to control the pain. Application of the heat pad causes the blood vessels to expand and also improves the perfusion to the under attack tissues of the body. There are several types of heating pads including hot water bottles, chemical heating pads and electrical heating pads.

The chemical heating pads contain a chemical heat reservoir, like the catalyzed rusting of the iron. The sodium acetate heating pads include supersaturated solutions of sodium acetate that heats up the body, by the process of crystallization. The heating pads of sodium acetate are entrenched in the liquid. The chemical heating pads can be used many times by placing them in the boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes. If the heating pad cool down to the room’s temperature, it can be activated again. Keep in mind, activation of the pad before it reaches the room temperature may results in the lesser heat retaining duration.

The electronic pads are commonly used in homes and always provide protection to the users against the overheating of the body. Digital moist heating pads are used at the dry skins of the users. The moist heating pads contain heat from 170 degree to 180 degree Fahrenheit or 76 to 82 degree Celsius. These heating pads are usually used by the therapists, but suitable for using in the homes.

The microwavable heating pads are heating pads are heated by placing them in the microwave oven before use. Microwavable heating pads are usually made of thick fabrics, like flannel. These heating pads are filled with the grains, like flax seed and buckwheat. Fragrant compounds can be added to the filler combination to make a pleasant and soothing smell, when it is heated. The heating pads can be used in office, at home or while traveling. Some expert doctors suggest alternating ice heat for the relief of pain in any part of body.
